About us
Capital C is a creative hub with two iconic locations: Capital C Diamantbeurs and Capital C Bloemenmarkt, both right in the heart of Amsterdam.
Capital C Diamantbeurs
With the help of Dutch artists and architects, this historic building has been transformed into the headquarters of the creative industry. With pop-up art exhibitions, an active community, spectacular events, creative offices and co-working spaces, we connect young creatives with established names, freelancers with creative agencies, and creativity with commerce.
The High Light, our unique rooftop event venue with a spectacular glass roof, hosts large-scale events ranging from award shows and product launches to high-end dinners and international conferences. We’ve already hosted events for Netflix, Red Bull and L’Oréal, and have been the setting for Holland’s Next Top Model and Amsterdam Fashion Week (casual name-dropping is a talent too).
Add our meeting rooms (designed by Dutch designers), (co-)working spaces, offices and our restaurant Capital Kitchen, and you’ve got yourself a full house of Dutch Design.
Capital C Bloemenmarkt
We’ve only just taken over this new location from TNW Spaces. It’s a vibrant location right in the middle of Amsterdam’s famous Flower Market, home to many tech entrepreneurs, from start-ups to scale-ups, and an active community.
Over the coming period, this location will be fully transformed into the Capital C brand. All communication will also be integrated, while finding smart ways to connect the communities of both locations.
You’ll be right at the heart of shaping and positioning this new location. We’re building and growing!

Is it a bar, an art gallery or a restaurant?
All of the above – and that’s good news. It means you can enjoy damn good food, great drinks and inspiring art all at once. What’s not to love?

About the role
A side job where every day is different – never a dull moment.
As an Allround Crew Member at Capital Kitchen, you get the best of both worlds. You’ll be part of our hospitality team at Capital Kitchen, where you’ll give our guests a great experience surrounded by art and creative dishes. On top of that, you’ll join the event crew at The High Light – our iconic glass dome with panoramic views over Amsterdam – working at dinners, drinks receptions and product launches.
From an intimate sit-down dinner for a fashion brand to a buzzing event for a tech start-up: you make sure everything runs smoothly and with great energy. No two days are the same, and every shift brings a new experience.
About you
You already have experience in hospitality and know how to give guests a great experience – whether that’s in a restaurant, behind the bar or at an event. You effortlessly switch between serving, hosting and supporting events, and you know exactly what each situation calls for. You’re presentable, hands-on and stay sharp, even when things get busy.
You’re looking for a workplace that offers variety, flexibility and colleagues who are just as driven as you are. And you love the idea of working in a place buzzing with creativity, where no two days are the same.
What we offer
A great salary – we pay above the Hospitality CAO. From the age of 21, you’ll earn around €18.27 gross per hour (including holiday allowance and holiday hours).

Tips? Of course. They’re shared fairly and transparently across the team – and naturally, you get your share too. This can easily add more than €1.50 extra per hour worked!
